Description

Cleanroom Doors are specially designed entry systems used to maintain controlled environmental conditions inside cleanrooms and hygienic areas. Their smooth, flush and airtight construction helps minimise particle accumulation, air leakage and cross-contamination between rooms of different cleanliness classifications.

These doors are commonly manufactured using stainless steel, pre-painted GI or powder-coated GI with PUF, PIR or paper-honeycomb insulated cores. They can be supplied as single-leaf, double-leaf, sliding or emergency-exit doors and may include vision panels, electromagnetic interlocking, door closers and access-control systems.

Cleanroom Doors are widely used in pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, laboratories, biotechnology plants, food-processing units, electronics manufacturing and other contamination-controlled environments.
